Our Team
Every member of our team plays a role in turning excess into access and strengthening the communities we serve.
Eason Chen
Eason co-founded re:Serve after seeing how much perfectly good food is wasted while people in his community struggle to access it. Motivated by the belief that the problem isn’t scarcity but distribution, he works to turn surplus into access through local partnerships and volunteer-driven action.
Co-Founder
Edwin Chen
Edwin co-founded re:Serve with the goal of reducing food waste and expanding access to nutritious food for communities in need. He provides leadership in strategic partnerships, volunteer coordination, and program development, working closely with Eason to transform surplus food into meaningful impact every day.
