Eason Chen

Co-Founder

Eason, a student at Jericho Senior High School, co-founded re:Serve after seeing how much perfectly good food is wasted while people in his community struggle to access it. Motivated by the belief that the problem isn’t scarcity but distribution, he works to turn surplus into access through local partnerships and volunteer-driven action.

He provides leadership in strategic partnerships, volunteer coordination, and program development, working closely with Eason to transform surplus food into meaningful impact every day.
